Can someone tell me why some "e-Shops" have this remote as low as £9 odd and on the same site have it at another point at around £18-£23 ? The only difference I can find is that the dearer one is said to be for the 300D, 350D and 400D,and the cheaper does not mention these cameras.
My 350D instruction book says the remote required is an RS-60E3.
I am aware that some e-shops describe some remotes as "Canon style" meaning it`s by a third party manufacturer but a look at Amazon shows the big diffrence in the price for a "genuine Canon" remote.
Any comments ?
Thanks, Andy

Hi Andy,
I have bought many remotes for 350d's (for doing the Kaiser conversions, see my other posts) and i always buy from Roxxen or Digital ReV direct from China, i have never had one that didn't work and my original one i bought when i got the camera is still as new and i use it most days. Personally i wouldn't pay silly Canon prices when the cheap ones do the job just as good.
Cheers
Brian

I just bought one from 7dayshop for about a fiver. It's there own brand one but it covers some of the compact canons as well ~ handy if I get one for digidoings - still saved if I dont;)
