D3 and iso 3200

The light was marginal today and there was haze about so late in the day I had to try iso 3200 with the D3. It was good enough for me.
First image is a crop as is from the camera. The second image has been run through Noiseware and adjusted in CS2. Neil.

Two wonderful versions of the shot, Neil. A clear pass at 3200. Difficult to say which version is the more appealing. A personal issue, I guess. I actually like a bit of grain as it appears natural to me especially for active subjects. (I guess I was brainwashed by film over the years but I like the dramatic atmosphere- I guess younger generations will be less tolerant as technology progresses). I'm actually thinking of heading towards one of the two Nikons soon, so ..Thank you for your posts!
