D-300 Hdmi

Has anyone that owns a D-300 run the pictures thru the HDMI cord directly to a 50" or bigger LCD TV or Plasma? Are the pictures as sharp and crisp as on a computer monitor?

I have run an HDMI cable from my D300 to a 1080P projector throwing the image on a 92" screen. While I would not say that the images appear to be as sharp as those on my computer monitor, they are still very impressive. Other owners of a D300 that I have talked to who have connected their cameras to LCD/plasma screens have raved about the quality of the picture.
