PictureProject and CaptureNX

I just purchased the D-300 and it came with CaptureNX and Nikon Software Suite. Question--Can this be loaded on a computer where I was running Picture Project from my old camera a D-50 and not cause any conflict in the programs?

It'd be very surprising if you had a conflict. Picture project should detect the old version and remove what it needs to before installing the new version. However, your best option before installing any software is to create a system restore point (if you're unsure how open windows up and check the help files) at least then if you do get a problem your computer can be rolled back to the pre-installation set-up.

I would imagine that the pp version is the same as your software will prompt you when an upgrade is available, more likely the PC has newer software than the disc that came with the D300 that was burnt a few months ago........
