I have gradually been getting prints of my better photos (7x5 & 10x8). I would like to get some basic 'white card' frames-just to keep people's fingers off them. It seemed a simple thing but I cannot find anyone that sells them.
Can someone point me in the right direction please-thanks.

My local art shops sell them in various sizes and colours.

Thanks.
I will try that but the term "art shop" sounds expensive!!! I have tried Photobox and all the other 'on-lines' I know (which aren't many).
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

They're work out about 50p-75p each 8x6 up to 10x8. Art supply shops are usually pretty good for prices.

Have you tried Hobbycraft?
Their website will give you the location of your nearest store.

I use http://www.picturemounts.co.uk/index.html and have found them very reliable and helpful.

If you only want a few then as others have suggested Hobbycraft or Art/Framing shops should be fine

David,

I don't know how many you would like to buy but I get mine from Here (http://www.cartersmounts.co.uk/). They really are great and you can get custom sizes too.

I've used them too and would definitely recommend them, very helpful and the mounts were delivered very quickly. I'm just about to order some more from them.

I make my own with a bevel cutting kit I bought from my local Arts craft shop. Consist of a Bevel cutter, Mat knife and a straight edge that has a guide slot that takes the bevel cutter. Works a treat and you can make mounts to any size you want.

I also use picturemounts & the service, price & quality are great. I also get the backboards to go with the mounts as it keeps the print wrinkle free & looks more professional when in the free mount bags you get with your order.
