Sorry won't be going - not a good road to cycle along after dark!

But knowing Lindsay, it'll be a good talk.

Seriously, Michael, if you were wishing to come and are put off by the prospect of cycling along the old coast road, I'm happy to pick you up from Palmersville, provided you've got one of those newfangled mobile phone thingies so we could make contact..

Yes John i came and enjoyed the evening, managed to chat to a few people, and you seemed to have a good turn out.

I cut my birding teeth at Swallow pond and have many fond memories of the reserve, so it was nice to see the new center and i hope to attend the moth talk later in the year.

I was the one sat at the back waffling on about the changing status of coots :hi:

Cuddy, sorry I missed you; I'd have liked to have said hello!
The centre is turning out very well and Jerry is a great guy. I'll be posting his publicity on my town centres web site at www.tynetown.co.uk (that is when the server comes back up!!)

See you at the moth trapping!

Cheers

Nor me either - had a Jesmond Dene committee meeting on the same evening. Less interesting, but more important
