The RSPB says reported attacks on birds of prey, including shootings and poisonings, hit a record high in 2007.

I was just about to post this but I'm pleased to see it's already up here, Sad news I hope something can be done to reverse the trend.

The BBC can never cover a bird story without making at least one mistake can they? This time somebody please tell them RSPB really isn't a 'welfare charity' - in fact on their website the organisation specifically states this.
