Cheltenham Passerine Today

It's me again.
I just can't sort out passerines at a distance from below - and that's how I see a lot of them!
This bird was at the top of a tall tree today in Cheltenham. I was at the bottom. I can't see any obvious candidates in my field guides.

You can see two nice wing bars, which combined with a finch/bunting shaped tail, should point you in the right direction
