I would like to ask for a comparison (IQ, dynamic range, noise at high ISO) between S3 and SX10. I have a S3 and my intention is to upgrade (to something better) in the future.
Thank you for help or for any comments.

Hi Cris
I also have an S3 and have been looking at reviews of the SX10 IS plus the S1 1S over the Christmas period. I haven't found anything that directly compares the the S3 with these two but http://www.dpreview.com presents the data comparing the two new cameras clearly. In short it seems that they are the same camera with a few exceptions. First is that the SX10 has a CCD sensor whereas the S1 uses a CMOS sensor thus enabling the later to take up to 4 fps. The S1's camcorder function is also HD wheras the SX10 is not. A word of warning would be that when you are shooting in autofocus the speeds are closer to 1 fps. The S1 also costs approx £160 more.
Personally I dont use the camcorder much on the S3 but I'm tempted by the 4fps and it goes without saying by the 20x optical zoom.
There are lots of sites that are comparing these two at present and some heated debates going on. Some people also prefer the Panasonic FZ28 with a 18x zoom but I have had great results with the S3 all over the world and suspect I'll end up with the SZ10. If I want a HD camcorder I can always buy it separately.
If you do get either of these cameras can you post a comparison?
