I have used the Canon 5d2 for a couple of days and I've posted some videos with some comments on my experience using the movie mode. They were shot from wide angle to 700mm

Some Canon 5D2 Videos and comments (http://ontfin.com/Word/markii-video/)

I'll post some comments on the regular aspects of the camera in a couple of days if there is any interest.

Thank you, much appreciated. Would be very interested to see more of your work. Great performance of the new Canon 5D Mark II.

I have just experienced this link showing Romy Ocon's work, camera video: Birds of Villa Escudero. IMO this camera is putting birding into another league. Yes, I know you need really long lenses!

Thanks for that link, I had seen it before and was trying to locate it. I like what he has put into it, proper titles and sound editing. This is the pattern to follow to get the best out of it I think. I also like the idea of mixing in stills, narration, multiple clips to make a storyline. All good stuff for nature photographers.

Someone mentioned to me that they were looking at it with their macro lens, another interesting possibility.

Cheers, Harold
