Sonic Cameras is advertised by Google Ads towards the bottom of this forum. They are another of the many bait and switch companies operating out of the New York area. Can I recommend checking with the Better Business Bureau web-site before dealing with any mail order company that you are not familiar with.

It is a sad affair that most of the big NYC advertisers in photo mags and elsewhere are just plain crooks. Not saying that there aren't good ones in NYC, I can think of at least three that are outstanding. Anyone buying on the internet in the US needs to visit this website first.

Also, don't believe the ratings that show up on the seller listing websites either. Somehow these crooked companies can pad those ratings.
