Mirador Emmerson, Tenerife

Hi all,
can anybody tell me what the Mirador Emmerson on Tenerife is and why birdwatching there is said to be special on many general Tourist guides to Tenerife?

Hi Jörn,

I think it might be one of the laurel forest sites for the two endemic pigeons. Keith Emmerson is a birder who lives on the island (not 100% certain on that).
