Where is Bowers Marsh?

Hi can anyone tell me if bowers marsh is open to the public and if so where the entrance is? I've seen it mentioned in sighting records with reference to a hide aswell, but haven't been able to find an address for it on the RSPB sight. Any info would be much appreciated
