birds of prey, introduction to a vineyard

Hello;

I am looking for someone that could provide birds of prey for a vineyard in North Carolina.This introduction could be temporary or permanent.I have 102 acres in the foothills of western NC, 1200' elevation, with another 300+ acres wooded next to me.

I realise that this request maybe viewed as contradictory to birding/sightings but I really do not know where to begin my search at...
