Excellent Service!

I called Nikon spares last week as I have been needing a new rubber eyecup for my scope.
I phoned them about lunchtime Wednesday and ordered the part. It arrived 9am next morning (to the Scottish Highlands)with just a "With Compliments" slip.
Not bad service Nikon, well done.

Well - it looks like a month or more to fix my ED82 scope as they have run out of spares...

So I am not so pleased. It's in the lap of the gods.
