Where to go to watch and photograph birds ?

Hello, We are planning to go to Devon Cliffs Exmouth soon and i was wondering if any one could give me some tips on where to go to photograph some birds in that area please ?

walk the costal path to Budleigh Salterton you get peregrines and seabirds, also some passerines in the feilds.
Woodbury Common isnt far away.
Bowling Green Marshes, Topsham.

Best site near there is the Otter Estuary, Budleigh Salterton. Quiet this time of year but the place has a knack of turning up good birds out of the blue, being fairly underwatched.
