Windrush airfield

Hello

Living just up the a40 in Witney, I have heard that Windrush airfield can be a good place for birding. I am particularly interested in seeing quail, corn bunting, grasshopper warbler and barn owl, so any advice on parking, where to walk and accecability would be greatly appreciated
