Thread w/ SE serial #'s (production guesses)

Hi All,
I'm looking for the thread in which a bunch of Nikon SE serial #'s were being put together to try and figure out how many were made and when. If someone by chance remembers it anf could please point the way I'd be forever indebted.

Typing in Nikon binocular serial numbers produced this thread, which is the one I think you mean. Put the letters SE in the search anywhere the engins tells you that you have entered less than the three word search minimum, even if the terms "nikon SE serial numbers" is input.

There's definitely a learning curve associated with searches. That IS the one I'm looking for. Thanks! I'm looking at a pair of 8x32SE's w/ a ser#502xxx. Just trying to make sure things are on the up&up.
