No, funny that you ask though, because just yesterday when travelling south from Aberdeen, to pass the time I started to count what birds I could see
( thought I was a sick B though untill I saw some posts here about others doing the same so at least I am not alone ) any way I did see 1 Magpie just south of Montrose, which got me to thinking why I am not seeing them offshore considering I see a lot more at home now than I did 10 years ago.

I have only seen magpies on three occasions go out to sea, so maybe it will be a while before you get one out there.
