Bufflehead at Pugneys

Went to see the drake bufflehead today at pugneys country park
was almost looking at the sun when i took these pics so the quality is not so good.
also had the black-necked grebe today on the main lake

We stopped off to see the birds last night on the way back from Scotland - as we were driving down the M1 nearby we couldn't pass up the chance! We just managed to get round to the hide before the light started to fade.
