Cracking looking bird. That bird would be a lifer for me as I have dipped out on every trip to see one. Couldn't get out this weekend but was planning either Anglessey or Bempton Cliffs next weekend. If this bird is still around next weekend I think that Bempton will be on the cards.

It is the best one I've ever seen. Absolutely beautiful. And the pub opposite the church is brilliant.
Still there yesterday evening and singing as if it is on territory, so may be hanging around for a while longer.

I've seen a few over the years, but never a red one . . . pity its so far south!
