I wouldnt bother, I had a look at the trial version and found Breezebrowser, Photoshop Raw plugin 2.2 and the new Canon EVU all more to my tastes.
I have used the Photoshop plugin the most but have now switched to Canons EVU as I found some niggles in the PS plugin.
Theres a good deal of discussion on Raw converters at this website.

Steve....You can download a trial version of Capture One for Free....Try it out and see if you like it...that's what I did, and I ended up purchasing it when it was still the Capture One Rebel for $29...I've since upgraded to Capture One LE and I am very happy with it!!!

Steve, I agree with Muskrat. If you take picures in raw format, there is no oher program that works as well for me. I started off with the C1 Rebel edition, and have decided to upgrade to the SE edition (the main reason being that it allows me to edit IPTC info from the word go). For most of my images I dont even use Photoshop.
Read the reviews at luminous-landscape, and what Phil has to say about it at dpreview, but the best thing to do is to try the free trail.

Steve - this is the best piece of software I own and if I had to choose one piece of software over all others, including PS8, I'd choose this. I too have a 10D. C1 is fast, easy to use and let's you get the most out of your images. I've used other tools for processing RAW images and nothing comes close for speed and ease. Enjoy the trial - this software is so good, they can afford to send out a full 30 day trial, knowing you'll buy the full product!
Enjoy, Edward
