I returned from Sanibel last Thursday, just before Hurricane Charley arrived. I took pictures of shore birds at J N "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. This is one of my favorites.

Very perceptive, Steve! Actually, it is a Yellow-crowned Night Heron. Here is a picture of the same bird minutes before "he dropped his keys".
