Those of you who get the RSPB (Birds) Magazine, before you chuck it away, ;) have a look at the Bittern Photo within?

I think its fantastic and would be a winner in any reflection comp.

I have been very interested in capturing reflections for some time now, which is why I picked it, to force me as well. For those that do not have ponds or other bodies of water by them, I would suggest putting a medium size mirror out by your bird feeders. Do it now, and they will become accustomed to it in a few days. Make sure you place it in a strategic place to view from wherever you are going to take the photo.
