Hi All

Another exciting opportunity to push forward the boundaries of North Sea birding....... there are two places left on the following pelagic;

September 4th 8 hour Pelagic from North Shields. Cost £25 per person

Nothing can be guaranteed, but we have had some considerable success over the last few years with both birds and cetaceans and it's always an enjoyable day out. This is what seawatching is really about, being out there amongst the birds and experiencing the atmosphere (last Sunday's pelagic was quite an experience!).

Wilson's Petrel? remember, we saw it here first :-)

Places are allocated on a "first-come first-served" basis. To reserve a place on this pelagic trip please contact Martin Kitching on (01670) 827465 or e-mail Martin.Kitching1@btopenworld.com Payment is due on the day of the trip.

best wishes

Rats!

I've just booked for the Bridlington trip for Saturday.

Are you planning any more this year?

Hi Rob et al

The only other planned trip will be a 4 hour pelagic in November to sail around the Farne Islands looking for Black Guillemots. This is still in the planning stage so date, time and price are not yet confirmed, however, the 12 places which are available have nearly all been taken on a preliminary booking list. Anyone interested then PM me.

Martin,

Any chance of a brief report? I suspect that it was quiet in the North Sea yesterday but I for one would be interested in how you got on.
