I need a Tripod recommendation!!!! Help?

Can you help I need a tripod that fits the following criteria:

Small and compact folding down to 12 to 14"

Light weight

Suitable for seating a Omni Mighty Midget scope

less than £100

I'm walking up hills and down dales with my life in a rucksack, so the tripod must be small and light.

I've thought of maybe Velbon Ultra Maxi or Delta Travel Tripod.

Have you considered a monopod instead - The Benbo Trekker Monopod makes an okay walking pole.
