Following on from my thread concerning the awful service given by Manfrotto after my 443 collapsed on me, can I just say that Michelle at the UK Spares Department is a breath of fresh air, and can highly recommend anybody who is unhappy with their Manfrotto lot phone 0870 443 6843 immediately to sort it out! :bounce:

for a new fangled carbon lightweight....

I like Manfrotto...if a bit falls off my tripod,
they send out a replacement tout de suite...no charge. :)
