Ciconia nigra:
nem nem nem (that's hungarian, the only similar to Fin language I know a bit)
with raven you were close in terms of voice
Chlidonias hybrida:

oh, I'm sooo sorry, but it is the-banned-from-you-one. To console you further: It took me a hell of years to find one, and I did never see Surnia!
I shall tell you the story of my first encounter with this species, even it was not in wilderness: I was in my mid-puberty when I visited a girl whose father was a famous ornithologist and specially an owl-expert. I entered their cozy kitchen with a bunch of stuffed owls (mainly Strix aluco in all variations) being placed on top of their kitchen-cupbord. Just one had been placed in a very special way: a barn owl looking down from the curtain bar. I was very impressed how lifelike all the birds looked. After about half an hour - we were talking and I didn't give attention to the stuffed birds anymore, the barn owl turned its head at almost 360 degrees! Of course, one of Tawny Owls glimpsed at me with one eye!
