Wow two or three birders with their own website!!! Good stuff.
That might just be three or four - or does a website consisting of 99% bluetits not count? (And this year 100%, I think).

OK, so its added to my favorites so you had better keep it up to date ;) ;)
Maybe its just me, but the blue type on the brown background doesn't read to well (very minor criticism only)

Hi Darren, its good to see your site coming along, as with these projects im sure it will go through many changes as you fine tune it but it shows promise.
The area is a great place to encounter birds, i agree with Rayl about the type colour but it is a minor criticism.
Wish you luck and look foreward to the Pine Grosbeak report when they make there way to your patch.
Cuddy.

Hi all,

I always go to the sightings, if only to see what I've missed! One suggestion, if you've got the time (a big "if") would be to consider expanding the list of birds seen on any one day into a brief diary of your visit; weather, where birds were seen, people met, that sort of thing.
Easier for me to suggest than for you to do, but it would add that personal touch. Just a thought - what you've already got is excellent.

Thanks Graham,
I had thought of doing that but it would take up to much time, so I try to just put the highlights. Will reconsider thou. There is a new nearby sightings bit further down the sightings page...

I think your site is very informative and will make people visit more, I have been there a few times now after finding your site.. .....(I think also that you should get a cut in the car park fees - I bet the council is making heaps more through you ;) ...)
It is much improved with all the extra photos you have been putting on....makes it much more interesting.....I just noticed the photos in your LOCAL PATCH today, have you just added those too?? Well done.... :t:

if you can get the 2nd website close to the previous but with a better gallery, then go for it!
will be better for you if you have more species in there?
as for the guest book, thats just for cuddy to write in and tell you what you have missed!
