Just thought I'd confirm what you all thought for a long time..... Binoculars.com are no longer able to supply stay on cases for the ED78! I ordered (and paid) for one nearly three months ago, and they kept telling me it was on back order from Nikon. Tonight I have received an email to let me know that Nikon have said they can no longer supply them, as they have stopped making them. They have said they will refund my money in the form of a cheque, presumably payable in dollars.... why do I get the feeling that I will somehow end up losing out on this???
Seems like I will have to join Quackers in an Opticron case! (Well, not literally, I don't suppose we'd both fit in one at the same time!) ;)
