Too late??

is it too late for blue tits to be looking for a nesting box?, we have had lots of activity all this morning of the two empty nest boxes being checked out, is there still a chance they might be used??

Its never to late Dave, ours are still being looked at. Still plenty of time good luck.

Still plenty of time yet to put up a box. Ours are up all year round though cleaned in the Spring and after nesting, but two years running it's been the 9th April before Blue Tits started nest building.

Plenty of time. Put up some boxes last weekend and were checked out very quickly after being put up. Haven't seen any activity in the week though, so hope they still use them!

i've got quite a few nestboxes up in the garden and the blue tits are constantly checking them out,great tits don't seem bothered at all yet.Maybe they'll wait for the bluetits to move in and then evict them afterwards.
