A male Smew....I don't consider myself an expert as I have yet to see one! Here's hoping I get to see one before the winter is out.

Yep...definitely a male Smew...I've had loads of females but am yet to see my first male. Sure he'll be well worth waiting for!

There was five male Smew last time I was there! Its a great spot for Smew, just like Dungeness. Great shot :t:
