Vixen Binos

I was recently told that Vixen is going to start importing the majority of their product line into the U.S. under the Vixen name. About the only thing that I know about Vixen is that they brand label a lot of stuff for other people. What is their overall quality? Specifically, what do people think about their larger astronomy type binos?
