2003 Local patch List

So here I am in smalltown northern Japan. I`m trying to get 100 species this year within walking distance of my appartment (a probably impossible task). My target for the end of this month was 50 and I`m languishing on 48.
I`ve seen some pretty good stuff though:
2 Sp Diver (BT and RT)
2 Sp Waxwing (Bohemian and Japanese)
Glacous Winged Gull
White Tailed Eagle
Peregrine
Common Kingfisher
Brent Goose
10 Sp Duck incl Harlequin Duck
5 Sp Finch incl Common Crossbill and Hawfinch
Black N Grebe
Dusky Thrush
Japanese Wagtail

Anybody else keeping a local patch list this year? Have you seen any good stuff? Anybody nearing 100 yet?

Hello Stu
If you visit www.surfbirds.com they have a section on listers and there is a sub-section on Local patch year lists. The leader last time I looked was on 109. Why not add yourself - nobody else from Japan is featured.
