Although helpful, these two links aren't quite what I was searching for. A while ago I came across a post on the forum that had a direct link to the 10x article itself. Thanks for your help anyway.

You probably just did not try enough! Take the link Blackstart provided, then go to "published reviews of optics" near the bottom of the page, and then to "1/2004". That is where the most recent 10x info is, as far as it is on the web.
