Hi there,
I'd be quite happy to claim that as a Narrow leaved marsh Orchid.
The central lobe to the three-lobed lip seems to be much longer than the outer lobes. Also the unspotted almost grass like narrow leaves seem right for this species.

It seems to me that vwxyzen has already given the key points.

Of course, this species is usually vertical!

Is it just the leaf shape which separates the narrow leaved and early marsh.thanks

Narrow-leaved is also usually much more lax (i.e. has a lot fewer flowers on the head). It is the only species with leaves like this. On Early marsh, the leaves are curled in at the sides and tip to form a cowl-like shape.

Hope this helps
