Colours in the Garden

I was in the garden yesterday trying (with a complete lack of success) to take some insect pictures to enter in this month's photo contest. I took a few flower pictures as I went and was so struck by the colours that I felt the need to share.

I've been finding the same little jewels in my yard lately too, Dan. Don't you love this time of year?!
