Windows XP Image resize tool

I came across this useful free program from Microsoft that allows you to right click and resize any image quickly.
Its useful if you want to post up a photo quickly to the forum.
Its an XP PowerToy:

(after i eventually worked out that it saves the resized images without actually opening them - i thought it just weren't working - :h?: )
