FD Lens on 350D

Just for curiosity will fd lens fit the 350D evn tho I know they would only be manual focus.

You'd need an adapter and I believe the adapter would need to contain optical elements (which could effect picture quality) in order to maintain the correct focusing distances. I think you'd a considerable amount of focus range with just a screw mount adapter since it moves the lens further from the sensor just as an extension tube would. If it was cheap and it worked well I think a lot of people would be doing it considering how much less FD lenses cost.

Thanks. for that. A member of the family has 4 lenses with fd fit and asked if I wanted them, I will tell him to sell on ebay maybe someone might be interested.
