This page:

has pictures of a falcon and a Buteo sp. that are slightly odd. Odd-looking bird.

The "buteo" is a Bald Eagle, surely? An escape presumably.
The other two raptors do look slightly odd, but I'm not convinced the IDs are wrong.

Isn't the Buteo just a rather pale Common Buzzard ?

Yeah, looking at the books, you're probably right. It was the two right-hand pics that threw me. Thought that bill looked too heavy, and wing tips too fingered. But there aren't enough fingers and an adult Bald Eagle should also have a white tail.

It reminds one a tiny bit of Rough-leg too, but the undertail is unmarked. Still that combination of markings is one I haven't seen before. The falcon appears dark-capped when the apalling photos are lightened, so I guess it is just a Perry, though the tail looks long and slim and the wing-shape is rather blunt in one or two snaps.

I do see the tiny bits too, but my vote is for the Common Buzzard and it's within the variations I have seen in my home area. I had some time to enjoy a lovely Rough-legged over my garden yesterday.
Can anyone clarify the name, is it; Rough-legged hawk or Rough-legged buzzard? It was quite confusing to find it in the bird database...

The Americans call their buteos hawks, so it's Rough-legged Hawk in America, but Rough-legged Buzzard in the UK.
