My 4500 has started to make loud clicking sounds on boot up and the screen gives me a "system error" message, which the manual tells me indicates the internal circuitry is the problem. It did bang into the car door, although (I thought) only gently, so this may well be the cause.
A quick phone round the usual outlets gets either a blank "we don't do repairs" or "we'll send it off for a month and charge you a billion quid". I'm looking for something a little more hands-on and approachable.
Any advice much appreciated.
