I broke off one of the objectives on my 828 hhs binocs. Sent them to swift on 3/10 and recevied them back today. Fully repaired and no cost. A word of warning though. Where the textured main body meets the rubber barrels of the objectives the plastic is pretty thin. I will definitely be more careful now.

That's good to know that Swift took care of the problem for no charge -- and pretty quickly at that.

The Swift dealer I just bought my Ultra-Lites from said that Swift now has a no-fault warranty. I have not read or heard this anywhere else, though.
