Hi

Am a new digiscoper. Have purchased a TLS800 to go with my D50 but all pictures are blank!

Is it me?

Please help any experienced D50 digiscopers

I'm not sure why you'd be getting blank shots... assuming you've got it all set up right - TLS800 using in place of the scopes eyepeice and attached to the camera (no lens) with a T-mount - you should get shots of what you see in the view finder.

Might be worth checking your exposure settings, check that it's not massively under expossing and thus appearing blank.

Seems to be set up OK, D50 takes perfect picture, scope shows perfect picture with TLS attached using the d50 recommended T Ring, but nothing!!!
View finder shows beautiful piccys but its a mystery.

Hi wrighty. We haven't ruled out huge under-exposure. With the camera attached, you may have to use manual exposure, a lot of the camera's functions are disabled when it is attached to a scope.
Have you tried brightening the image in photoshop or what-ever? just to see if there is something there.
cheers,
Andy

Again, thanks for this. I am a real novice with the D50 - I need to read my hand book!!
