Opticron/Samsung package Deal

Has anyone any experience with, or opinions of, the package being offered by Opticron for use with their telescopes? The package is based on the Samsung Digimax i5 Camera.

I have tried this set up and was very disapointed by the image quality, given the high price of the kits I was expecting a lot more. You could buy a better camera and adapter for a lot less.

I was curious about this package as looked to be quite practical and easy with a Swaro Scope. Heard of, or seen 2 reviews that were both favourable but anyone else tested or got this set up able to comment please....???

ThanksI bought the package yesterday and have been out and taken some pics earlier today.

My first impression is that it was really easy to fit to the scope. I loved to video facility (just when there's too much wind to get a really steady shot, I selected the video mode and recorded some marvelous footage instead)
