Hello all....have not posted in quite some time. I've been doing battle with the side effects of the most recent round of treatment I am undergoing. Weakness in the legs and has been my nemesis this time around. They pump me full of steroids to keep me from rejecting the massive dose of my sister's white blood cells they infused me with a couple of months ago. The steroids (Medrol) cause muscle wasting, particularly in the legs, to the point where getting up out of a chair is a major effort.

Today I felt a little stronger, so I set up my camera on a tripod with a wired remote at a feeder in the backyard and took a few shots. I was exhausted by the time I was done, but at least I felt like I accomplished something.

Sony717, tripod, wired remote, distance approx 2.5 feet.

Dane, well done a great shot. This should inspire you to take some more.Rest on the bad days, and take bird shots on the good days,or just sit outside and listen to them, they should cheer you up.

Hope your days improve Dane and the future becomes brighter.

The pic.was beautiful and as Christine says just sitting listening to the birds can make the day much better.
