Tricolored Heron in Niagara Falls Canada!

The night herons were in a pond, near Burlington St, and the QEW, very close to Hutches fries, along the construction lane toronto bound., Havn't seen any there for a week now!

Ha! Didn't even realize it until I loaded up the website address you gave me this morning and immediately thought, Well this looks familiar! I'm the girl who sat with the three of you on the bench waiting for the heron today. Glad to have access to some excellent reference photos to go with my sketches (my little Canon p&s just doesn't cut it when it comes to wildlife).
