Does anyone know where I could find a recording of Golden-crested Myna (Ampeliceps coronatus) call or song?

Please PM me if so.

Thanks

Hi Dave,
I was wondering if you ever had any luck finding this one? I can't find it. I can find audio files for even rather more obscure Sturnid genera such as Poeoptera, Enodes and Neocichla, but not this one. It seems strange that it has not been recorded considering they are rather common in Southeast Asian bird parks.

Hi Steve

Dennis Yong says that Ben King may have this, and he should be back home sometime this month, so I am still living in hope! Yes, it is odd that none have been recorded in captivity. Thanks for looking though!

BTW, the reason I want it is that I have a sneaking suspicion that some GCMs may be lurking in the forests of northern P Malaysia. There is only one old record of this species from here - back in the 30s, but these areas are pretty underwatched.
