Canon cashback vouchers.

What is the secret to get a cashback voucher book from Canon? I've applied on line 2 or 3 times over the last couple of months and still haven't received one yet. I've even tried phoning them and just get an answer phone so left a message and still nothing!
Any idea's?

I received mine within a few days

Thanks Bish, I've applied again and followed your instructions exactly. Let's hope I had done it wrong the other times! Fingers crossed.

I did that - waited about 2 months and 2 books arrived on the same day !

Don't mind if I do get two books as I've just ordered both of the Canon Converters!

The cash also takes about two months to come through - but at least it did in the end :) Got £135 back.
