Oystercatcher Ring

I saw this Oystercatcher at Carsington Water in June and I wonded if anyone knows where it was ringed or any other details

This may well be a Dutch bird, ringed in the Wadden Sea. I'll try to find some details out for you. Of interest, this type of ring is called a wasp ring, with the width of the bars being the actual code.
