My son has just got a 400d from Wharehouse express, it was faulty straight out of the box, the flash would not work and error99 came on the screen.
Wharehouse express agreed to change the camera -- usual good service.
The crunch line is, the first Camera started taking pictures from "frame" 1, my D20 also started at "1" BUT the replacement camera has started at "frame "37 so to my mind the camera has been used before. Am I correct ?
I do expect to have a new camera, I suspect this is a "repaired" camera. Comments please.
